Please call or contact me to discuss my current fees.
I am open to sliding scale.
All services are payable at the time of your appointment by cash, check or credit card.

Insurance: 
I am not on any insurance panels but your insurance may cover my services as an out-of-network provider.
It is your responsibility to contact your insurance carrier to find out whether a portion of my services are covered.
If you require it, I will provide an itemized receipt that you can submit your insurance provider.
Also psychotherapy is typically covered by pre-tax Medical Savings Accounts. (MSAs)

Cancellation policy
If you are unable to come to a scheduled appointment I request a 24 hour cancellation notice on my voice mail. If your appointment is scheduled on a Monday, I request advance notice on the Friday before. Without such notification, you are responsible for payment of the missed session.
